After auditing company and comparing fuel receipts and shipping papers with log book, and not finding anything wrong. The Oregon dot went to out of state shippers and pressured them into giving guard house records of signing in and out of plant. This defamed me in front of people I deal with on a regular basis. What kind of attorney handles this. The shippers said this has never happened before except when there been an accident. No accident or traffic ticket is involved.
